
We partner with youth as co-researchers to identify experienced frictions in municipal services. These experiences reveal which social structures, like norms, rules, roles, and beliefs, must change to prevent youth marginalization.
Re:Structure goes beyond making recommendations. Through situated experimentation, we are learning about what it takes to create meaningful structural change in municipal services.


Preventing youth marginalization requires shifting the logics that shape our social systems. We use developmental evaluation to support critical reflection and guide ongoing changes in our ways of relating.
